Webexperts.com.pk offering risk-free services for logo design. To provide maximum customer satisfaction we have listed down terms and policies by which you can claim your money back 100%.

How we will transfer money to your account? When we initiate and agreed on a money back agreement, Our finance will initiate the process which takes at least 6 to 8 working days to refund in your credit or PayPal account.

1) Logo Design Services (Category)

Refund policy will not be effective if any of the following events occur,

  • If you have purchased our promotional packages or discounted offers then you will not be allowed to claim 100% money back.
  • If you already approved our logo design concept then you will not be allowed to claim the money.
  • If you hire another company at the same time when we are working on your logo design then you will not be entitled to claim a refund.
  • If you have approved more than 3 drafts of your logo package then you will not be entitled to request a refund.
  • If the logo project canceled for an irrelevant reason by webexperts.com.pk
  • If you have purchased any custom logo packages and unable to communicate with us within 6 weeks.
  • If there is any misbehave or misconduct in communication with the project manager. The company will not give you a 100% refund.

If you are not falling in any of the above events then you are entitled to claim a money back guarantee offer.

Legal Rights Agreement

  • All logo and artwork designs created by WebExperts for specific client belongs to him/her. We “WebExperts” will not keep any rights of logo design created for a client.
  • We “WebExperts” will not take any responsibility for logo and trademark registration created for our clients. A client has all rights to register their logo and trademark created/produced by WebExperts
  • If in case, Client payment rejected by their merchant or bank then all designs which Webexperts created will immediately become the asset Webexperts until payment issues get resolved.
  • webexperts will remain the owner of logo designs until the client paid the whole amount of the package he has purchased.
  • (Rare Event) If accidentally, Designs created by webexperts looks identical of any other companies logo then webexperts will provide a completely new set of logo design to their client without any charges.
  • Once files are delivered to the client, Webexperts will have no ownership rights of the logo design of every single client.
  • Webexperts will remain rights to display logo design on its website for promotional usage.

2) Website Design Services (Category)

  • The client can claim the funds 100% money back within 24 hours once they deposit to Webexperts.com.pk
  • Money back 100% will only process if our team haven’t started any work on the client project
  • If our client provided all information to start a design project and then they ask for money back then they will be entitled to receive 75% of the total amount.
  • 100% Money back guarantee will not be applicable once the design work is completed & delivered to our client.
  • Webexperts.com.pk  keeps the right to accept projects or reject them. We request our clients to brief us before they make a purchase. If they make a purchase without communication prior to us then they will not eligible to receive a 100% payment claim.
